DESCRIPTION: \n  \n Great Backyard Bird Count \n  \n Friday, February 13 • 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM \n  \n  \n  \n This program is FREE, but registration is required.  \n  \n  \n Join educators as we participate in the 29th annual Great Backyard Bird Count! This interactive experience is perfect for bird lovers of all ages and skill levels! Participants can visit the Zoo to learn about local bird ID while they count birds in order to help create a real-time snapshot of where birds are migrating and living. The Great Backyard Bird Count takes place across the country, and helps avian researchers gather information to better protect wild birds for the future! \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n If you are a non-member and plan to explore the Zoo after the program, tickets are required. \n
