Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received in writing via email to education@elmwoodparkzoo.org 2 or more weeks prior to the workshop start date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations received less than 2 weeks prior to workshop will result in a loss of 50% of the total cost of the program or a credit toward a future program.
No refunds will be issued for a âno-showâ, which is defined as no contact prior to the workshop.
