Thank you for applying to Elmwood Park Zoo's Go Wild Afterschool Program. Please choose the number of children you are looking to register and enter their required information. There is also a download link to our required Health and Emergency Contact forms. Please submit those at your earliest convenience to us at education@elmwoodparkzoo.org.

We will collect your payment information, but you will not be charged unless your application is approved. The total charge for your registration will be tallied based on the information in your application and will be communicated to you along with your application approval status.
