Vulture Awareness Day

Help us celebrate nature’s clean up crew and underappreciated unsung animal heroes: vultures! Vultures are an ecologically vital group of birds that face a range of threats in many areas where they live. Join us for an up close encounter with our ambassador vulture as she demonstrates some of the amazing adaptations that help vultures not only survive, but also keep us and the environment healthy! Registration is required. Registration is $5 per family.

If you wish to visit the zoo after the program, Single Day Member admission is required for all non-yearly members.
